    Check the Broadband and Internet LEDs are green and the Wi-Fi LED is on.

    Try to make sure the router is as central to all devices needing to connect, with as few obstructions as possible (some physical materials and RF emitting devices can cause interference to the Wi-Fi signal.)

  • 3.

    Check the network connection on the smart device you are streaming from.

  • 4.

    Ensure you have set up the device using either the Home app or Google Home app.

  • 5.

    Try resetting Omnia.
